Lemon myrtle is a native Australian leaf with a bright, sherbet-like citrus aroma. We add it to Sencha Garden for a clean lemony lift that pairs naturally with fresh, grassy green tea, alongside lemongrass and a touch of ginger.
Use water around 70 to 75 degrees Celsius and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Sencha is delicate and can turn bitter with very hot water. One teaspoon per 250ml cup is the sweet spot.
