Terms and Conditions

  • The guarantee is valid for first-time orders only.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The guarantee covers dissatisfaction with flavour, personalisation, or results, as well as packaging issues.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat or moisture).
  • Bulk or wholesale orders are excluded unless otherwise stated.
