- Let Us Know: If your tea isn’t meeting your expectations, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@louloustea.com.

- A re-blend tailored to your updated preferences
- A replacement blend
- No Returns Required: We won’t ask you to return your tea—our goal is to make things right without hassle.
Why No Returns?
At Loulou’s Tea, every blend is crafted just for you, which means it can’t be resold. Instead of asking you to send anything back, we focus on providing a seamless and satisfying resolution to minimize waste and ensure you have the best tea experience possible.
Teaware and Accessories
We accept returns for teaware and accessories under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
- The guarantee is valid for first-time orders only.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The guarantee covers dissatisfaction with flavor, personalization, or results, as well as packaging issues.
- This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat or moisture).
- Bulk or wholesale orders are excluded unless otherwise stated.
