Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you are already an Loulou's member, you can manage that by logging into your member portal here. You can also access it by clicking on the icon on the upper right corner of louloustea.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

At Loulou’s Tea, we understand that life happens. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to manage your subscription. Simply log in to your account to make changes.

Need more time to enjoy your current supply? You can easily adjust your order date. Feel like your deliveries are coming too quickly? Update your delivery frequency to better suit your needs. To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account and click on ‘Cancel subscription.’
2. Confirm by clicking the green ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
3. Let us know why you’ve decided to cancel to help us improve, then click ‘Submit.’
4. You’ll see confirmation that your subscription is no longer active.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

We send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. This email includes your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your shipment’s progress.

Sometimes these emails might land in your spam folder or the ‘Promotions’ tab if you use Gmail. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, try searching your inbox for emails from hello@louloustea.com.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Most packages will arrive within 2-8 business days but we always do our best to get shipments to you sooner.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan.

Can I change my address after the order is processed?

Orders ship to the address on file when your order has been processed.

Changes made up to the day before an order process will apply to the upcoming order.

Changes made on the date an order is scheduled to process or after an order has been processed will apply to future orders.

Can I make a change to my order one it has been processed?

You may update your tea quiz or adjust your next billing date up to the date before your next order is scheduled to be processed via your account page.

Attempting to make changes to your quiz or the timing of an order on or after the date the order is scheduled to process will not change an order already in progress. If you are attempting to make changes on or after the processing date and the status of your order is pending, please contact support for assistance. Our team cannot make changes to an order with a status of ready to ship, shipped, or in transit.

The tracking shows my item was successfully delivered, but I have not received it.

When our Track tool indicates that a letter or parcel was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door; you may need to check a second location like a mail room, front desk, or safe drop location. Also, check with everyone in the household as another member of the house may have received or retrieved the item.

If a signature is shown on Track, see if it matches anyone in the household who may have signed for the item, as we deliver to the address and not to the name on the item.

An apartment building

In your individual box or in the parcel locker (we leave a key in your box). Check with the security desk, building superintendent or concierge

Community mailbox

In your box or we'll leave a key in your box for the parcel compartment.

Large company or institution (e.g. university)

The mailroom.

This is our final point of delivery. You may have a time lapse before the mailroom delivers the item (or notifies you to pick it up).

Safe drop

A safe location on household premises. Check around the property to locate the item.

Check with other members of the household, as they may have taken the item into the house.
